 Sarah Street is an Irish actor. She moved to New York when she was awarded a scholarship to study at The New York Conservatory for Dramatic Arts. She continues to study acting at The Barrow Group, with Seth Barrish and Lee Brock.

Recent Off Broadway credits include: originating the role of Josie in the critically acclaimed world premiere of The Naturalists, produced by The Pond Theatre Company at The Soho Repertory Theatre. She also played Beverly in the Barrow Group's recent production of Mike Leigh's  Abigail's Party, which The New York Times called "a must see" and named it a Critic's Pick. She also recently appeared in Rebel in the Soul at The Irish Repertory Theatre, Dyin’ for it, Origin Theatre Company and Muswell Hill, The Barrow group/The Pond Thetare Co. She was also honored to perform at Bloomsday on Broadway at Symphony Center this year, alongside Harris Yulin. Sarah is currently slotted to play Mary in the New York premiere of the West End smash, Alone it Stands, at 59E59 this coming January 2019!

Sarah also works in film, television, commercials and voiceover. More recent credits include a recurring role on Law&Order:SVU, The Following, a recurring role on upcoming series The Blue Marble, a commercial for Amazon Fire Stick,and voiceover work for

She has also studied improv, and musical improv at UCB and The Magnet Theater. She has performed at venues such as The Pit, The Wild Project, The Stonewall Inn, UCB, UCB East, The Secret Theater, and The Magnet Theater alongside her improv team.

Sarah also writes. Her first full length play, The Last Rose of Summer, had a recent reading at the Irish Arts Center in New YorkShe also works as a playwriting mentor at Quinnipiac University, as part of their annual new plays festival. She was recently nominated for Best Playwright at Origin Theatre Company’s First Irish Festival for her play 29.

Sarah is also a co-founder of The Pond Theatre Company (
